It was the first time in her life that Jang Na-ra seeing a soul shifter like the most of the people there.

Even numerous guards in songrim were fighting the soul shifter they could see the soul shifter was excellent in swords, however everyone could see more energy he used the more is getting close to petrified into a stone and the next minute she knew he defeated all the guards and was trying to get to them but before it could happen seo-yul jumps to the ground slashing his sword with the soul shifter as it get away from the crowd.

It was fight seo-yul could easily win but Na-ra's heart thumbed with nervous thinking what will the outcome of this after the next few seconds seo-yul finally defeats the soul shifter by giving his energy into his sword and pierced into the soul shifters heart and took it back as the soul shifter petrified and became a stone.

" i heard soul shifters get petrified when they run wild and lose their energy.. It was true. "

Park Dang-gu muttered to himself as he looked at the soul shifter that is petrified while Na-ra looked at it with terrified eyes and for reasons Na-ra wasn't the only one with fear in their eyes.

Every other people servants and guards are gone to their usual self and before Na-ra could turn her head to see her brother another sudden sound interrupted her.

" NA-RA!! What happened to you?!?!"

Master Heo yelled as he hastily walked upto Na-ra who has dryed blood splatters on her cloth.

" A intruder almost attacked her but before anything could happen yul came in and killed the intruder!"

Park Dang-gu informed as Master park's, Master Heo 's and Cho-yeon's eyes widen with surprise.

" are you okay now?? Did you happen to have any wounds?? "

" I'm perfectly fine-"

Cho-yeon inquired as she scanned her head to toe to see any wound on her but before Na-ra could finish her reply Master park asked her again.

" are you sure you are okay? "

" yes. As you can see I'm perfe-"

" How many times do i have to tell you to bring your guards with you?!?"

Master Heo scolded her while Na-ra stared at the ground guilty.

" I'm sorry... "

Na-ra whispered with a pout with the sound enough to make the other people hear of her.

" you look pale.... Go see the infirmary here.. "

" but I'm -"

Before Na-ra could reject master Heo's thought he widened his eyes to scold her again so Na-ra took back her words fast.

" yes. I will get going now then.. "

" take seo-yul with you. "

Master Heo muttered again which made most of the people there surprise while Na-ra blinked ger again and again in shock.

" why??? The infirmary is literarily there. I can go there myself. "

Na-ra answered as she pointed to the infirmary that was close from them but Master Heo had other plans.

" What if something happens again?!? You can't even defend yourself. Don't talk back again and keep him with you. "

Master Heo replied as Na-ra widened her mouth not believing his attitude towards her.

" what?!"

" No, i mean Master Heo~ I'm sure seo-yul have more important things to do as the-"

" I have no other things to do."

Seo-yul bluntly answered before Na-ra could even finish her sentence which made her to give the boy a glare.

" Then that's settled. "

Master Heo confirmed as everyone else nodded and started to walk away from there , as the last hope Na-ra glanced to cho-yeon which she simply gave a fist Whispering 'fighting' which Na-ra gave her a betrayed look on her face . After everyone walks away from her Na-ra let's out a defeated sigh as she turn around to face seo-yul but his face was.... More closer than she thought which ultimately made her step back in surprise.

" Should we go? When I look at you from close , you are looking more pale . "

Seo-yul asked as he step back knowing the uncomfortability in her which Na-ra brush aside the next moment and nods at him as she walks in front of him.

" Come to think of it.. I never got to say thank you.. For saving me back there.. "

Na-ra muttered in low voice which only two of them could hear while walking.
As a little smile came upto seo-yul's lips.

" No, it's alright. It's good that you're alright now..How is kim do-joo?? I rarely see her these days."

The boy asked trying to make more conversation with the girl who is looking like she's in a awkward situation.

" Oh? Ah, kim do-joo is doing great.. Well she still nags at me like before but you know it's kim do-joo. "

Na-ra replied as she chuckles to herself thinking about all her life time which kim do-joo nagged at her for not having many female friendship other than younghee and how many times she taken out the role of her mother that was unfilled but she never felt it was unfilled thanks to Kim do-joo .

" How is your parents?? I haven't heard from them for so long either. "

" They are doing good just like always.. Mother always ask about you.. How are you now? and How is everything? .."

Seo-yul replies to her with a quiet smile .

" How are you now? "

Seo-yul asked Na-ra out of the blue which make her halt in her steps for a second and resume to walk again. For a second Na-ra almost talked about the voices until the thoughts came into her mind . Is it worth it? It's better to not to tell him.. What if he thinks I'm not normal? Even though I'm not.. These were the thoughts that flooded into her mind which made her not to speak of it and made her give tight smile.

" Of course I'm fine! "

Na-ra answered with a tight smile which seo-yul could easily see the lie behind it however Na-ra knewed it too that he knew.

" Young lady!! "

Before seo-yul could even let out a voice all of a sudden from outside the infirmary someone called out to Na-ra and the two of them turned look at the person knowing well who it was and at that moment Na-ra was just happy to know that she could leave that subject then .
